In the year 2005, Shri Maldevji Odedra Smarak Trust has established Primary and High School named Smt. Jayshreeben Virambhai Godhaniya Girls High School, Porbandar, which now becomes a landmark in the educational field of Porbandar district. At present, the school offers 5 to 12 Std. in Common Stream. In the year 2010-11 the school contains 890 students. The school is equipped with latest technology like Computer and educational software as well as school offers Co-Curriculum activities for the overall development of daughters. In the year 2009-10 achievement of the school can be shown in the form of 100% result of Std. 12 and in the same year a student of Std. 10 also inscribed her name in the list of Top-Ten students in the Porbandar District.
