The Department of Home Science started
in the year 1988 under the guidance of our President, Dr. V. R. Godhaniya
and the Managing Trustee Shri Arjunbhai Modhavadia.

- T.Y. - B. Sc. (Annual System)

Activities:
- During the academic year, Guest lectures of the scholarly persons from the town were arranged.
- This year we had also organized a field-work campaign under the guidance of lecturers.
Seminar :
During this academic year we had organized a one-day seminar on Hotel Management and Tourism, where not only the students of our institute but also the Department of Home Science, Gurukul Mahila College and the parents of these students had
participated. The entire presentation of the seminar was conducted on
Multimedia by Dr. Kavita Sood, the Director of Shri Vivekanand, Institute of Hotel Management
and Tourism, Rajkot.
